About Our Venue & Store
Can I shop for merchandise during the shows?
Yes, There is plenty of merchandise for you to look through and purchase during our shows though we do move some of the merchandise off the floor before the show begins to accommodate the audience. You are welcome to come during our regular store hours before the merchandise is moved out of the the way for the performance to shop for LP's & CD's.
Does the artist sell merchandise?
Yes, most artists will bring in their CD's, LP's, T- shirts etc. if they have them available. We also have an assortment of CD's & LP's of artists who have played here for sale and a lot of the pieces are autographed.
I bought my tickets online or over the phone:
If you purchased your tickets through Paypal or over the phone, all tickets are held here at The Record Collector. You can pick your tickets up prior to the show or pick them up the day of the show. WE DO NOT SEND TICKETS THROUGH THE MAIL, EVER ! You must show a valid ID or have your Paypal receipt available when picking tickets up. No exceptions. The doors open a half hour before showtime.
Please visit our Concerts/Events Page on our web site or you can come into the store during our business hours. You can also purchase tickets the day of the show ( the ticket price goes up the day of ). Check the web site for the day of price.
VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Cash accepted. There is an ATM Machine within walking distance from the venue.
There is no age requirement for most shows. Age restrictions are sometimes determined by the specific artist/event. Some events will be 18 and over, most will be all ages. Each will be advertised with its appropriate age restrictions. Guests 15 and under are required to have a parent/legal guardian accompaniment (with ticket).
Absolutely no video cameras without a photo pass & further restrictions do apply even with a photo pass. Please contact the artist’s management and The Record Collector if you are interested in video taping them or their show. Most artist management contacts can be found online. We do not give that information out. Please do not ask us.
Photo policy for camera phones and smaller non flash cameras are dictated by the artist. However, flash/professional photography is only permitted with express consent from the artist’s management and The Record Collector. Please contact the artist’s management if you are interested in photgraphing them or their show. Most artist management contacts can be found online. We do not give that information out. Most convenient option is Farnsworth Ave and also on Burlington Street. There is an abundant amount of street parking surrounding the venue. Please read all posted signs carefully. There are no meters in Bordentown City. Please do not park in private lots, your vehicle may be towed.
Is there food & beverages on the premises?
Yes, we sell coffee, sodas, water, teas. We also have an assortment of candy, cookies, chips, nuts, popcorn, etc. available. Please do not enter the venue with any drinks or food bought elsewhere. Alcohol is STRICTLY prohibited.
Is there a dress code?
Casual attire.
Is there public transportation?
Yes, There is the NJ Transit Bus Line and The River Line Train.
